  • How long does it take to receive my EnthuzdStyle artwork?
    • Please allow 1-2 days for your order to be processed and shipping time will be depend on your selection.
  • How can I pay for my order?
    • We gladly accept all major credit cards (Visa, MC, AE, Discover) and you can also pay through PayPal.
  • How can I check the status of my order?
    • After your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive email confirmation with tracking number.

Shipping Questions

  • How do you ship my order?
    • We offer multiple shipping options through Fedex.
  • Do you ship worldwide?
    • Yes, however, we do not cover any import duty charges.
  • What if my EnthuzdStyle artwork arrives damaged?
    • Please contact us with pictures of the damages with detailed description and we will work with you to have this resolved.

Uploading Questions

  • What kinds of file does EnthuzdStyle allow me to upload for printing?
    • We accept png, jpg, and bmp. The format must be the highest resolution possible for optimal printing. No smaller than 1MB and no larger than 40MB.

Returns/Exchanges Questions

  • If my artwork arrives damaged can I return it?
    • Please contact us with pictures of the damages and detailed description and we will work with you to have this resolved.
  • Can I exchange my artwork for something else if I’m not satisfied?
    • We allow exchanges within 2 weeks from Fedex confirmation arrival receipt. Please contact our customer service team.
